HI, I’M HENRIETTA WYNNE FINCH

RDMP, MA, CST

Psychotherapist, Somatic Movement Practitioner, Craniosacral Therapist, Breathwork Practitioner, ADHD Coach and Andean Medicine Practitioner.

I work with neurodivergent, creative and deeply sensitive people who may have tried therapy, coaching, medication or self-help, yet still feel that something remains out of reach. I offer one-to-one therapeutic work alongside online programmes and community, workshops and retreats.

My work brings these different approaches together to support the whole person: the thinking mind, the emotional self, the nervous system and the body. Together, we explore the patterns that shape how you experience yourself and the world, build greater inner safety and regulation and reconnect with the creativity, intuition, vitality and self-trust that can become harder to access when you have spent too long simply trying to cope.

At the heart of my work is a belief that meaningful change is not only something we understand intellectually. It is something we learn to feel, embody and live.

I work with the body as the primary territory of healing, not as something to manage or fix, but as a living landscape of intelligence, memory and possibility.

Through psychotherapy, somatic movement, craniosacral therapy, energy and breathwork and nervous-system regulation, we move beneath the stories and into the felt experience from which they arise. Here, trauma and long-held patterns can begin to loosen and new ways of responding become available.

Lasting change becomes possible not only as something understood intellectually, but as something genuinely felt and lived, as we become safe and settled enough to listen and respond to the deeper intelligence of the body.

I Learned to Listen to the Body Before I Had Words for It

My journey into this work began as a dancer. Six days a week, movement was where I felt most at home. At eleven, my body began to ache and when doctors had little to offer, my mother took me to a cranialosteopath and a Pilates studio, long before either was widely known.

I did not yet know that I had ADHD or that my pain was connected to hyper-mobility. I only knew that these approaches helped. Years later, I understood that those early experiences had taught me to listen to my body and take what I felt seriously.

Over fifteen years of therapeutic practice, I began noticing how many of the sensitive and creative people coming to me with trauma, anxiety and overwhelm were neurodivergent. Many were using enormous amounts of energy simply to cope, while losing trust in themselves and becoming disconnected from their needs and instincts.

I began to see that sensitivity was not only part of the difficulty. It could become part of the way through.

As my training in Psychotherapy, Somatic Movement, Craniosacral Therapy, Breathwork, Energy Work and ADHD Coaching came together, I created the ARC Method, an embodied approach to helping people understand their patterns, feel safer in their bodies, heal trauma and begin to trust themselves again.

This work is personal for me too. I am Neurodivergent myself am the mother of four neurodivergent daughters who have taught me more than any training.

An embodied framework for healing, regulation and transformation, developed especially for neurodivergent, creative and deeply sensitive people. Built on three interconnected capacities, it guides us on a journey through the landscape of the body.

AWARENESS

Helps us recognize the patterns and protections that formed around our sensitivity.

REGULATION

Builds enough safety that those protections no longer have to run the show.

COHERENCE

Allows the thinking mind, feeling heart and instinctive belly to come back into relationship.

I created the ARC method because I kept seeing the same patterns in my clients, and even my daughters…

All people with remarkable creativity, intuition and depth who were using so much of their energy simply to cope that they could barely access those qualities.

That is why ARC goes beyond insight or strategy alone. Through psychotherapy, somatic movement, breathwork, craniosacral and energy work  and nervous system practices, we invite the whole person into the work—not only the thinking mind, but the body, emotions and deeper ways of knowing.

As safety grows, the same sensitivity that once felt overwhelming can become a doorway into deeper perception, connection, creativity and self-trust.

WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER

One-to-One Sessions

Therapeutic & Embodied Work

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low or disconnected from yourself? Do you find that old patterns, experiences or traumas are still shaping how you feel, relate and respond even when you understand them intellectually? Or perhaps you simply have a sense that something in your life is asking for deeper attention.

If so, one-to-one work may be a good place to begin.

I offer one-to-one therapeutic work that brings together psychotherapy and embodied approaches. Sessions are tailored to you, creating space to explore what you are experiencing and develop a deeper relationship with your body, patterns and inner world.

You can book your appointment in North Wales here.

ARC Programmes & Community

Coming Soon!

The ARC Programmes are an evolving journey into the intelligence of the body, created for sensitive, neurodivergent and creative people who want to move beyond simply managing their experience and begin to understand, regulate and trust themselves more deeply.

The journey unfolds through three stages: ARC Foundation, where you begin to understand the architecture of the body and develop the foundations of awareness and regulation; ARC Pathway, where you move deeper into the senses, nervous system, patterns, bones, heart and fluid body through practice; and ARC Progression, where the work moves into subtler territory, including the endocrine system, central channel and Ayni breath.

Each stage builds upon the one before it, creating a progressive journey from understanding your inner landscape to developing the capacity to work with it in increasingly embodied ways.

The programmes will combine self-paced learning with opportunities for community, live circles and practice alongside others. Once you have the material, it is yours to keep for life, allowing you to move through the work at your own pace and return to the practices whenever you need them.

Every programme, pathway, workshop, and one-to-one offering I create is built upon the ARC Method.

Each offers a different doorway into the same embodied journey: becoming more aware of your experience, creating greater safety and regulation, and gradually returning to a more coherent and trusting relationship with yourself.  As that relationship deepens, you begin to draw not only upon the thinking mind, but upon the wisdom carried through feeling, the body and instinct — allowing you to live more fully from who you are.

CLIENT STORIES

This is powerful!

I had no idea what to expect but oh my word. This is powerful! Thank you Henrietta for your intuitive guidance and healing. It is transformative and has started something for me that is very important for me. I will certainly be doing more of this work.

It’s like introducing colour into a world that was black and white.

Working with Henrietta has been life changing in ways that I never expected. I went into the process knowing little to nothing about what she does but it has been a genuine revelation which has an everyday influence on my life, my relationships with others and my view of the world and of my place in it. I never thought that doing this work would have such a subtle and yet enormous influence.

Take a risk – book a session.

Henrietta is amazing in the work she does.

I felt very safe and held by her. It's a very difficult and vulnerable place to be when you have trauma to release. Henrietta is kind, knowledgeable, experienced and I would definitely recommend her.

Why My Approach Is Different

Many of the people who come to me have already tried therapy, coaching, medication, self-help or practical strategies.

These can all be valuable. But people often tell me that although they understand themselves much better, something deeper has not changed. They still become overwhelmed, freeze, overthink, lose contact with their needs or find themselves repeating the same patterns.

I believe this is because our responses do not live only in the thinking mind. They are carried through the body, the nervous system, our emotions and the protections we developed in order to remain safe. Insight can help us understand a pattern, but embodied work allows us to meet the place from which that pattern continues to arise.

Bringing the Whole Person Into the Work

My approach brings Psychotherapy, Somatic Movement, Craniosacral Therapy, Breathwork, Andean Energy Work, Nervous-System Practices and ADHD coaching into one coherent way of working.

Psychotherapy understands your history, relationships and patterns. Somatic movement helps you feel what words alone may not reach. Craniosacral work brings deep listening, rhythm and an orientation towards the health already present in you. Andean energy work introduces something most of us were never told we had: an energy system with an intelligence of its own, which becomes a real source of steadiness and support once you know how to work with it. Breath and nervous-system practices build safety, flexibility and capacity. ADHD coaching meets the practical realities of neurodivergent life.

The ARC Method bridges these therapeutic, somatic, energetic and scientific approaches in a coherent framework that is rarely held within one structured programme.

Underlying everything I do is a simple belief: you are not broken. Many of the behaviours you struggle with began as intelligent adaptations to overwhelm, sensitivity or environments that did not know how to meet you.

I am not interested in making you less sensitive, more conventional, or better at overriding yourself. The work is to create the conditions in which you can listen to your body, understand your adaptations, trust your own signals and begin choosing from a deeper relationship with who you are.

The aim is not only to reduce difficulty. It is to make more of you available: your creativity, intuition, vitality, boundaries, your capacity for connection. Healing is not something imposed from outside. It is the gradual process of becoming safe and settled enough to listen and respond to the deeper intelligence of the body as it becomes available to us again.

Ready to explore working together?

If you're curious about working together but aren't sure where to begin, I'd love to connect.

A Discovery Call is an opportunity for us to have a relaxed conversation about what you're experiencing, what you're looking for, and whether my approach feels like the right fit for you. Together, we can explore which path of support—if any—is best suited to your needs, with no pressure or obligation.
